Hamshari Group launches global customer rewards card based on e-Points reward platform

Hamshari Group signed an agreement with e-Pointsto develop a customer loyalty program based on the e-Points platform that will offer Hamshari Group's customers rewards through a special points scheme, which they will be able to benefit from when dealing with any company within the Hamshari Group, specialized in automobile spare parts and top-notch services for leading Japanese, Korean, American and European cars.

Jamal Hamshari, Managing Director of the Hamshari Group, said "Our Global Reward card aims at rewarding our customers with points anytime they purchase products or services from any of our companies within the Hamshari Group. These points can then be used to purchase other products from any company within the group. For now this card can only be used in Jordan, but we have plans to make it available for all our companies across the region." He added, "We have selected e-Points to implement this reward program because of their extensive experience and success over many years in developing and implementing loyalty schemes, programs and systems."

Marwan Said, CEO of e-Points said, "We are honored that one of Jordan's foremost companies such as Hamshari Group approached us to develop a customer reward and loyalty program for them. The e-Points platform will give the Group's customers the chance to benefit from special offers, which at the end of the day will significantly enhance Hamshari customer loyalty."

Hamshari Group will replace its current adhoc rewards program with the e-points platform, which has been specifically tailored to satisfy the needs of the group's customers. Hamshari Group owns several state-of-the-art showrooms conveniently located in the heart of the country's business centers under the name of Global Spare Parts Group. The showrooms are located in Wadi Al Remam, Al Zarqa, Baiader Wady Al-Sair, and Irbid.
